Natural keeping in the terrarium – our concept

When keeping our moss frogs, we place great importance on creating conditions that are as close to nature as possible. This is the only way the animals feel truly comfortable and exhibit their natural behavior.

Humic substances for healthy frogs

Tropical almond leaves, alder cones, and burbot tea not only give the water a beautiful amber color, but also provide the right balance of humic substances. These have a mild antibacterial effect and create a healthy microclimate for tadpoles and frogs.

Real plants instead of plastic

We deliberately use real plants in the terrarium. They stabilize the humidity, improve the climate, and provide the frogs with valuable hiding places. At the same time, they create a vibrant, small ecosystem.

Technology in the background

Rain systems, UV filters, and the best lighting help recreate natural conditions. Our goal is to make the animals feel as if they were at home in the heart of the rainforest.
