From shipping to acclimatization – how our mossy frogs arrive safely

When our offspring find a new home, one thing is particularly important to us:
that the animals arrive safely, stress-free, and healthy.

In recent months, we have tested and optimized our shipping down to the last detail – in warm and cold temperatures, with various boxes, air circulation, and heat packs.

Today we can say:
Our animals arrive safely – in any weather.

Shipping – Thought Out in Detail

Our frogs are shipped in special polystyrene boxes that insulate and keep the temperature stable.

Depending on the weather, we work with:

• adapted ventilation
• heat packs at low temperatures
• secure fastening of transport boxes

Every shipment is prepared individually – no package is "standard".

Arrival – What You Should Note

As soon as your animals arrive, we recommend:

• Open package immediately
• Leave animals undisturbed for a short time
• Do not disturb or remove immediately

The frogs need a moment to recover from the transport.

Acclimatization

After transport, calm acclimatization is crucial.

• Carefully place the animals in the prepared terrarium
• Initially keep the light dimmed
• Do not feed immediately → only after a period of acclimatization

After a short time, they will begin to explore their surroundings and acclimate.

Our Standard

Every frog that leaves our breeding facility has been raised with the greatest care.

Our goal is for the animals to feel just as comfortable with you as they do with us.
