“Theloderma corticale – Edition No. 01” shows an intimate close-up of a Vietnamese mossy frog in natural texture. The characteristic, moss-like surface of its skin and the deep black of the background make the subject appear almost three-dimensional. Light and texture merge into a calm, powerful composition – minimalist, clear, and intense.

This motif was created from a privately kept specimen and photographed with a focus on texture, contrast, and naturalness. The goal was not a staged shot, but an authentic snapshot – a silent transition between camouflage and presence.
