Rare moss frog species with extraordinary structure and fascinating camouflage
Our Theloderma ryabovi are kept in naturalistic rainforest terrariums with a large water section, humic substances (carmine almond leaves, alder cones, tadpole tea), and dense planting. Under these conditions, the animals have already successfully spawned, and the first tadpoles are currently being raised.
The currently available juveniles still originate from the same imported breeding line from which our breeding group was established. Our first own offspring are already developing and will also be available in the future.
The froglets grow up in separate rearing terrariums – with stable water quality (UV-filtered, rich in humic substances), high humidity, and varied feeding. This ensures that the animals are robust, active, and readily eat before moving to a new home.

Shipping is exclusively year-round with Go! Express - safe & animal welfare-compliant. The cost is €60 per shipment. Collection by arrangement is also possible.

Shipping within Germany and to selected EU countries:
Shipping to all mentioned countries is exclusively via GO! Express Overnight - fast, animal welfare-compliant, and temperature-controlled. In addition to Germany, secure shipping to the following EU countries is possible: Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Slovakia. Shipping to Poland and the Czech Republic is generally possible after prior arrangement. The feasibility and shipping costs will be individually checked and agreed upon, as they can vary depending on the region.
Important note:
Frogs must always be inquired about first - it is not guaranteed that animals are immediately available. We deliberately choose who gets which animals because it is important to us that every animal finds the best possible home.
Upon handover, every buyer receives my self-written keeping guide, so that everything is perfectly prepared. The keeping guide can also be purchased on premium paper in a high-quality ring binder.

Unfortunately not – juvenile moss frogs cannot be reliably identified. However, I do take care to select animals that are as homogeneous and healthy as possible.
The young animals measure approximately 2.5–3.5 cm and are completely independent.
The animals are fed small to medium-sized crickets and grasshoppers. Upon request, you will receive a detailed feeding list in a care guide.
Shipping is done with animal welfare in mind via GO! Express Overnight. The animals travel in an insulated box with a heat pack or cooling element (depending on the temperature) and always arrive the next morning. The perfect shipping day will be found by arrangement.
